The primary purpose of our SFRx Complex Age Defying Serum is to supply the skin with a selection of effective and potent antioxidants and anti-irritants. Do I need a moisturizer in addition to SFRx Complex Age Defying Serum?
It depends on your skin's needs. SFRx Complex Age Defying Serum will reinforce the skin's structure, reduce free-radical and environmental damage. This combination of elements helps normalize skin which can be enough for some people to maintain their skin's healthy moisture balance.
Depending on your skin type and your preferences, you may want to use SFRx Complex Age Defying Serum in addition to your moisturizer or sunscreen, especially around the eyes and on dry areas. These would be worn under your moisturizer at night and under your sunscreen during the day.
Does SFRx Complex Age Defying Serum increase my sensitivity to the sun?
We recommend that one use a SPF 15 or higher Sunscreen Daily. Using SFRX Complex Age Defying Serum under the sunscreen will actually enhance its properties.
What percentage of Vitamin C is in the Serum?
Our formualtion is 10% pure, stabilized L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Vitamin C has many known biological functions, including the stimulation of collagen synthesis, the strengthening of skin tissue against external attack like UV radiation and pollution and activity against damaging free radicals. Only with the SFRx patented formula are you assured that when you apply the product to your skin it is as active and potent as the day it was manufactured.
How long before I see a difference in my skin?
You will feel and notice results immediately but more permanent improvements in your skin will become noticeable after 2–3 months of consistent use, provided you are diligent about using the product and protecting your skin with an effective sunscreen every day.

At least once per day, and preferably twice per day.

How do I know that the order has been shipped?
You will be sent two e-mails after you have submitted your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
1. The first will confirm that your order has been received by us(your order confirmation number will be included). This e-mail should arrive soon after you have placed your order.
2. The second confirms that the order has been successfully processed and shipped (tracking information will be included in this message).
What do I do if there is a shipping or delivery error?
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
RETURN QUESTIONS
What is your return policy?
At SFRX Complex Age Defying Serum your satisfaction is our #1 concern.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the unused product and SFRX Complex Age Defying Serum containers within 30 days from the date your trial order was shipped and we will not bill you for the product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). If you have received the product during the course of the auto-ship program, you may return the sealed unopened and unused product and SFRX Complex Age Defying Serum containers of that last shipment of product within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will not bill you for that product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). Please note the following return terms:
You must have an RMA number from SFRX Complex Age Defying Serum to make a return. To obtain a RMA number please call our Customer Care Center at (800) 998-5667. You may also email us at service@SFRxskincare.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your email.
We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender."
Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
(A $5 processing fee may be applied to certain returns). To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
For orders that are not part of the risk-free trial, returned product must be un-opened and sealed in order to receive refund or credit.

How Long Will it Take To Process Returns?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.
Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "SuperFoodsRx"
What if the product arrived damaged?
Any of our products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (800) 998-5667 to request a RMA number.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from your initial order. We allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order.
Who will deliver my package?
All of our orders will be delivered via the USPS (confirmation is emailed upon shipping). We do not process requests for specific shipping methods.
